Very bad customer service...the guy alexis doesn’t even understand whats going on with the bikes and he is not professional at all....the product that he use they arr bad quality and e always try to steal money from customers!!! ������������
ResponderEliminarExcellent service as usual form Alexis. Complete new chain cassette and cable fitted on bike no 1 for £85. Then puncture on bike no 2. I bought an inner tube and blew it trying to fit it. Alexis replaced it and fixed it up in less than minute - for a fiver. Lucky to have such a helpful place nearby in Chapel Market
